SUSTAINABILITY WITH BRAMLEY & L’OCCITANE PRODUCTS
We are delighted to be offering Bramley Products in our villa, a British brand inspired by and created in the countryside. Bramley blends their unique apple seed ingredient with therapeutic essential oils, creating products that smell wonderful, evoke a sense of wellbeing, and have genuine benefits for skin. With sustainability at its core, Bramley allows us to introduce refillable, full-size soap wash and hand cream, which is cruelty-free and vegan-friendly certified.
Complimenting Bramley, we are proud to offer L’Occitane hair and body products, a French B CORP company with a commitment to sustainability. Since 1976, L'OCCITANE en Provence has been imagining, producing and selling beauty, skincare and well-being products with an intention to share nature's wonders with the world, with an ambition to not only sustain lands, but to regenerate ecosystems.
We are striving in the future to have a completely refillable environment with our Bramley hand wash and hand cream, and L’Occitane shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as we work towards reducing the excessive overuse of plastics.

REDUCE YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT
At Villa Stari Mlin we love travelling just as much as you do, but we also understand how important it is for all of us to try to reduce the impact of our lifestyle on the environment by reducing our carbon footprint. Air travel is, for most of us who travel, the single most significant contributor to our carbon footprint, and if you fly fairly regularly, it will probably form at least half of yours.
We therefore strongly encourage you to use this carbon calculator for your flights and then click on the "Offset Now" button so that you can help preserve our planet for future generations to enjoy and thrive on.
Of course, if you can get to Villa Stari Mlin without flying (taking the train is an amazing adventure) then get a train to Belgrade from almost any major hub in Europe and then continue your journey from Belgrade to Bar on the Montenegrin coast through the mountains of Northern Montenegro. This route is considered to be one of the most beautiful journeys in Europe. And as well as saving the environment, the ticket can cost as little as €17 one way!

“Podgorica was ascending from the green valley. I could not take my eyes off that beautiful sight.”
